Privacy

This page covers the website and members-only community. One Clear Step remains in early access.

Members-only community

We store your community nickname, membership date, messages, replies and any reports you send. Approved messages are visible to other community members, not to signed-out visitors. Moderators can review pending and hidden messages and reports. Other members do not see your email address or the identity of someone reporting a message.

Community messages are separate from your private journals and app records. You can remove your own messages and replies. Reports linked to a removed message are also removed. For account or community data requests, contact info@oneclearstep.co.uk. Do not share identifying details about yourself, children or other people.

What we collect

If you join early access, we store your first name, email address, the role you chose, your country or region, and the fact that you agreed to receive updates. We also store the date you signed up.

We do not ask for, and you should not send us, private, legal, medical or safeguarding details through this website.

Why we collect it

To tell you when early access opens, and sometimes to ask short research questions about what would help. We use your details for nothing else.

Who can see it

Early-access records are stored in a private database. They cannot be read by visitors to this site. Only authorised members of the One Clear Step team can view them.

Tracking

This site uses no advertising pixels, no behavioural tracking and no third-party analytics.

How long we keep it

Until early access ends or you ask us to delete your details, whichever comes first.

Your choices

You can ask us to correct or delete your details at any time by replying to any early-access update we send you.
