Community participation

The members-only community is for adults aged 18 or over in England and Wales. Use a nickname and share experiences respectfully. Do not post identifying details, documents, advertising, harassment or individual legal, financial or medical advice. There is no private messaging.

Messages and replies require moderator approval before other members see them. Moderators may hide messages or pause community access for safety. The community is not monitored continuously and cannot offer emergency support. In immediate danger, call 999. Concerns or requests to review a moderation decision can be sent to info@oneclearstep.co.uk.

What this website is

An information page about a product being built, and a form to register interest. It is not the product.
